1. How long is the production time for an anti fog mirror?
Because we must carefully integrate the specialized demister pads behind the glass, fabrication typically takes 5 to 7 working days. This timeline ensures the heating element is perfectly bonded and the electrical safety checks are completed before delivery from our workshop.
2. How does the anti fog feature actually work?
A thin, high tech heating pad is installed behind the mirror surface. When activated, it gently warms the glass to a temperature just above the room’s dew point, which prevents condensation from forming even in the steamiest bathrooms.
3. Does an anti fog mirror require special installation?
Yes, it requires a standard electrical connection (usually 220V) behind the mirror. Our installation team will securely mount the mirror and connect the demister pad, but we recommend having a power point prepared by your electrician at the installation site beforehand.d paneled.
4. Is the heating pad safe and energy efficient?
Absolutely. The pads are ultra low voltage and designed to be left on during your shower without overheating. They are IP rated for bathroom safety and consume very little energy similar to a standard light bulb making them both safe and cost-effective for daily use.
